On October 1st, all students and staff are encouraged to wear something orange as an act of reconciliation. Blackfoot Knowledge Keeper, Jaron Weaselbear will be at our school to guide students in understanding his indigenous traditions. Grade 6 classes will assist in the traditional set up and take down of a tipi. As well, all classes will have the opportunity to understand the indigenous way of life through activities led by Jaron in the tipi.
